Deformed Defects for Scalar Fields with Polynomial Interactions

In this paper we use the deformation procedure introduced in former work on deformed defects to investigate several new models for real scalar field. We introduce an interesting deformation function, from which we obtain two distinct families of models, labeled by the parameters that identify the deformation function. We investigate these models, which identify a broad class of polynomial inter...

q-deformed dynamics of q-deformed oscillators

We show that an infinite set of q-deformed relevant operators close a partial q-deformed Lie algebra under commutation with the Arik-Coon oscillator. The dynamics is described by the multicommutator: [Ĥ, . . . , [Ĥ, Ô] . . .], that follows a power law which leads to a dynamical scaling. We study the dynamics of the Arik-Coon and anharmonic oscillators and analyze the role of q and the other par...

Κ-deformed Oscillators: Deformed Multiplication versus Deformed Flip Operator and Multiparticle Clusters

We transform the oscillator algebra with κ-deformed multiplication rule, proposed in [1, 2], into the oscillator algebra with κ-deformed flip operator and standard multiplication. We recall that the κ-multiplication of the κ-oscillators puts them off-shell. We study the explicit forms of modified mass-shell conditions in both formulations: with κ-multiplication and with κ-flip operation. On the...

Deformed Instantons

In this talk, instantons are discussed in the presence of Lorentz violation. Conventional topological arguments are applied to classify the modified solutions to the Yang-Mills equations according to the topological charge. Explicit perturbations to the instantons are calculated in detail for the case of unit topological charge.

κ-deformed gauge theory and θ-deformed gravity

Noncommutative (deformed, quantum) spaces are deformations of the usual commutative space-time. They depend on parameters, such that for certain values of parameters they become the usual space-time. The symmetry acting on them is given in terms of a deformed quantum group symmetry. In this work we discuss two special examples, the θ-deformed space and the κ-deformed space. In the case of the θ...
